(the \u201cCompany\u201d) is aware that securely protecting personal information is an important social mission of the entire IMAGICA GROUP, in order to further improve its customer satisfaction and enhance its supporting abilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Specifically, the Company declares that all its employees, including officers, will continuously focus on trends in current IT technology, changes in social demand, etc. and appropriately handle personal information, under a basic requirement of their compliance with all legal norms related to the protection of personal information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Establishment of a Personal Information Protection Management System<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Company establishes, operates, corrects, and continuously improves a personal information protection management system that establishes standards, rules, procedures, etc. for appropriately handling and using personal information, by devoting management resources according to the realities of the Company\u2019s business in order to prevent risks such as leakage or loss of, or damage to, personal information by taking reasonable safety measures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Organizational Activities to Protect Personal Information<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Company will conduct the following activities in order to specifically implement this basic policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Company\u2019s officers and all employees, including temporary staff, are naturally required to act at all times in compliance with all laws and regulations, all guidelines established by the national government, and other norms related to the protection of personal information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Company will request cooperation from client companies and individuals in protecting personal information.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Company will timely review and continuously improve its personal information protection management system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Company will establish internal management rules and take and implement reasonable safety measures, in order to prevent troubles such as leakage of personal information to external parties or undue tampering of personal information. In the unlikely event of any such trouble, the Company will promptly take corrective action.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Company will obtain, use, and provide personal information to the extent necessary for the proper performance of its business and for the employment and personnel management of its employees in its human resources consulting business that specializes in digital creators and IT engineers and contract content production business. The Company will not handle personal information beyond the scope necessary to achieve the specified purposes for which such personal information is used. The Company will take measures to ensure the above.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Company will obtain and use specific personal information solely for the purposes for which such specific personal information is allowed to be used under the Act on the Use of Numbers to Identify a Specific Individual in Administrative Procedures. The Company will handle specific personal information pursuant to the same act.
