Gold Partner Certification from the International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB)

We are proud to announce that the QA Support Department at IMAGICA GEEQ Inc. has been certified as a Gold Partner in the International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB) Partner Program.

The ISTQB Partner Program is an international program that recognizes companies and organizations that dedicate themselves to improving quality assurance and testing methods through the technical expertise of their employees who have been certified as testing engineers. Partnership levels are determined by the number and level of certifications achieved by the organization’s testing engineers. These certifications are granted by the Japan Software Testing Qualifications Board (JSTQB), the operating entity that certifies software testing engineers in Japan.

At IMAGICA GEEQ Inc., we have supported countless client businesses with our debugging and testing services, hunting down bugs and issues hidden within console, PC and mobile games. We actively work to improve the technical capabilities of our testing staff in order to provide QA support of the highest quality. In 2021, we established a company-internal Certification Promotion System in order to encourage the further development of our test engineers, and we credit that system with allowing us to achieve Gold Partner status in the ISTQB Partner Program today. Going forward, the QA Support Department will use the knowledge and experience they have cultivated through their successes to propel the field of game debugging toward further growth as well as work to expand our software testing services to other industries beyond games.
