Handling of Personal Information Related to Inquiries
Your personal information provided to IMAGICA GEEQ Inc. (the “Company”) in relation to your inquiries sent to the Company through various inquiry forms or by other means will be handled by the Company as follows.

In this case, the Company will take security control measures based on an understanding of the relevant systems and other aspects of the foreign country in which the provider of each service used is located. IV. Correction, Renewal, etc. of Personal Information
The Company respects your personal rights to your personal information in the Company’s possession. Upon receipt of your request for notification of the purposes for which your registered information is used, or for disclosure or suspension of use of your registered information, or for disclosure of the record of provision of your registered information to third parties, or for discontinuation of provision of your registered information to third parties, or for amendment, addition, or deletion of your registered information, the Company will promptly take action according to your request. V. Voluntariness
