Consultation
We will ask you questions about the details of your request, including illustration motifs, whether backgrounds are needed, specific coloration or style needs, etc. Providing artwork that gives an idea of the illustrations needed or samples that indicate how the illustrations will be used will make this conversation go even smoother.
Estimate/Proposal
We will propose the details of the deliverables and their cost based on your budget and requested delivery date.
Scheduling
We will put together a detailed schedule that specifies when you will need to conduct certain tasks or provide certain resources. The schedule will define the date and time when each step of the illustration process should be completed, so it is easy for you to monitor progress.
Production
You will be able to check rough and draft versions of the illustrations in order to avoid schedule delays caused by misunderstandings and subsequent fixes. We can also produce multiple drafts from which you can select the ones closest to what you are looking for, so feel free to request those as well.
Delivery
You will conduct your final check of our deliverables before we make final delivery in the format you requested.
